Alwaght– As per the agreement for evacuating terrorists from al-Rheibeh, Jairoud, and al-Nasseriyeh towns in the Eastern Qalamoun region in Damascus Countryside, the terrorists handed over their heavy and medium weapons and ammo caches including US and Israeli-made missiles before leaving the area and heading north.
Alwaght- Units of the Syrian army thwarted on Tuesday a terrorist attack by Jabhat al-Nusra on army positions in the direction of Tal Dara, Qebet al-Kurdi, and Jarjiseh village in the eastern and southern countryside of Hama province.
SANA’s correspondent said that the army units engaged in violent clash using various types of weapons with the terrorists of Jabhat al-Nusra and other groups affiliated to it positioned in al-Sathiyat area after the terrorists attacked army positions in Tal Dara and Qebet al-Kurdi to the east of Hama.
The correspondent added that the army inflicted heavy losses upon the terrorists, destroying their vehicles.
In Hama’s southern countryside, the army units thwarted a terrorist attack from the direction of al-Rastan lake towards Jarjiseh village, inflicting heavy losses upon the terrorists.
Alwaght- terrorist shelling attack on the neighborhoods of al-Zahera al-Jadedeh and Bustan al-Dour in Damascus on Wednesday caused only material damage.
A source at Damascus Police Command told SANA that terrorists from Daesh (ISIS) positioned in Yarmouk Camp targeted with two mortar shells the neighborhoods of al-Zahera al-Jadedeh and Bustan al-Dour in Damascus, causing material damage to public and private properties, but no casualties were reported.
Alwaght- A woman and a young girl were injured due to a terrorist attack with a rocket shell on al-Abbassyia neighborhood in Homs city.
SANA’s reporter in Homs said that terrorists positioned in a number of villages and towns in the northern countryside of Homs fired a rocket shell on al-Abbassyia neighborhood in Homs, injuring a woman and a young girl and causing material damage to public and private properties.
A unit of the Syrian Arab Army responded to the attack by targeting the area from which the shell was launched, destroying a launching pad and inflicting losses among terrorists
Alwaght-the General Command of the Army and Armed Forces stressed Saturday that most of the missiles fired by the US, Britain and France tripartite aggression on Syrian targets in Damascus and outside it were shot down.
The General Command announced that a tripartite aggression was carried out at 03:55 a.m. (at local time) by the US, Britain and France through firing 110 missiles towards Syrian targets in Damascus and outside it.
It added that the Syrian Air Defense systems confronted, with high competence, the missiles of the aggression and shot down most of them, meanwhile, some of the missiles hit one of the buildings of the Research Center in Barzzeh in Damascus, which includes an educational center and scientific laboratories, asserting that the damages were limited to material ones.
Other missiles were forced to deviate from their tracks while they were targeting a military position near Homs as their explosions caused the injury of three civilians.
Alwaght-Syrian Arab Army discovered ammunition depots and explosive materials, including Saudi-made ones, during the sweeping operations in Zamalka town in Eastern Ghouta.
Speaking to SANA, a field commander said that an army unit discovered explosive materials, some of them are Saudi-made, and equipment devised for mixing them with highly–explosive materials such as C4 and chlorine to augment the destructive capacity of shells and inflict as much damage as possible to civilians and residential areas.
The army also discovered a number of depots which were used for storing large shells imported from countries supporting terrorism, in addition to rockets, including Grad rockets which were fired at residential neighborhoods in Damascus, the commander said, adding that the discovered facilities also contained prisons where prisoners were forced into hard labor.
The commander added that the terrorists of “Failaq al-Rahman” have turned one of Zamalka’s neighborhoods to a military complex, in which they constructed a plant for manufacturing the external structure of missiles and explosive devices and stuffing light and moderate ammunition and recycling tank shells into IEDs.
Alwaght- Over 165,000 persons left regions in Eastern Ghouta via corridors opened by the Syrian Arab Army since applying an agreement to get all the militants t and their families from Eastern Ghouta while securing the evacuation of civilians which were held by terrorist organizations taking them as human shields.
A military source told SANA that the number of persons who left the villages and towns in eastern Ghouta reached at 165,123 persons, including thousands of terrorists and their families, pointing out that the exit of Jaish al-Islam terrorists and their families from Douma city to Jarablus in Aleppo is still continuing.
The source added that the number of terrorists who exited Douma reached 12,000 since the beginning of April.
Alwaght-The Syrian air defenses have confronted an Israeli missile attack on T-4 airport in Homs Countryside and shot down a number of missiles.
A military source said that Israeli F-15 fighter jets on Monday dawn fired several missiles from the Lebanese airspace on the T-4 Airport in Homs eastern countryside as the Syrian air defenses intercepted them and downed a number of them.
The source added that a number of people were martyred and others were injured in the Israeli aggression.
The Israeli aggression came after less than 24 hours of the submission of “Jaish al-Islam” terrorists in Douma City and their demand to get out of the city heading for Jarablos after the heavy losses inflicted upon them by the Syrian Arab Army.
On February 10, the air defenses responded to an Israeli attack against one of the military positions in the central region and downed an Israeli F-16 fighter jet
Alwaght- Jaish al-Islam terrorists positioned in Douma in Eastern Ghouta targeted with several shells al-Wafideen corridor and al-Assad residential suburb in Harasta, causing civilian casualties and material damage, a military source said Friday.
The source added that the Syrian warplanes have stuck back at terrorists in Douma following the attack.
On Thursday, an agreement known as ‘Douma Agreement’ to deport Jaish al-Islam terrorists in the city to Jarablus was put on hold as infighting intensified within the terrorist organization. Over the past few days, three batches of Jaish al-Islam terrorists and their families have already left for Jarablus.
Alwaght– The US Saudi- led aggression coalition warplane waged five airstrikes on Hodeidah province, a security official told Saba on Thursday.
The airstrikes hit al- Qanawes district with five airstrikes , said the official.
Alwaght - Five children were injured due to a rocket shell fired by Jabhat al-Nusra terrorists on al-Mattar neighborhood in Daraa City.
SANA’s reporter said that Jabhat al-Nusra terrorists positioned in Daraa al-Balad area on Friday targeted al-Mattar neighborhood with a rocket shell which fell in the surroundings of the Syrian Arab Red Crescent (SARC) center in the area, injuring five children (2 to 10 years of age).
A source at SARC’s center told SANA reporter that the shell fell nearby the center where a group of children were playing, causing the injury of five of them, one of whom is in critical condition, adding that other children received needed medical care before being transported to the National Hospital of Daraa.
Alwaght– Procedures to have the terrorists of “Jaish al-Islam” and their families leave the city of Douma in Eastern Ghouta in Damascus Countryside to Jarablos area has started on Monday in preparation for the clearing the city from terrorists and the return of all the state’s institutions to it.
SANA’s correspondent to al-Wafideen Camp corridor said 12 buses with 629 terrorists and their family members on board exited Douma in preparation for transporting them to Jarablos.
The correspondent said that buses are entering the outskirts of Douma, supervised by the Syrian Arab Red Crescent, to transport terrorists and their families via al-Wafideen corridor to the main gathering point near Harasta Highway, from which they will be transported to Jarablos later.
The correspondent pointed out that the buses are subjected to thorough inspection to prevent terrorists from smuggling any civilians or military abductees, as well as to prevent them from hiding IEDs and bombs that they might use while traveling to Jarablos.
Alwaght- Damascus Countryside, SANA-Units of Syrian Arab Army raised on Sunday the Syrian flag over Ain Tarma and Joubar in Eastern Ghouta after cleansing the two towns of terrorism.
Locals of the two towns, who participated in the event, chanted slogans praising the great victory over terrorist organizations, expressing their thanks and appreciation for the sacrifices of martyrs who gave their all for the sake of their homeland.
On Saturday, General Command of the Army and Armed Forces announced regaining full control over many cities and towns in Eastern Ghouta in Damascus Countryside after a series of battles in which hundreds of terrorists were killed.
Alwaght– Procedures to evacuate the eighth batch of terrorists of Joubar, Zamalka, Ein Tarma and Erben in Eastern Ghouta along with their families to Idleb started on Saturday paving the way for state institutions to come back to the area.
A military source told SANA that more than 38,000 people of terrorists and their families have been evacuated through Erbin passage to Idleb so far.
In total, more than 150,000 people have been evacuated from Eastern Ghouta so far through the different passages, SANA reporter said, adding that 129 busses carrying 6276 people including 1968 terrorists were evacuated yesterday.
He pointed out that ambulances of Syrian Arab Red Crescent (SARC) escort the buses during entrance to the areas where terrorist groups are spread to monitor the preparation of buses where they are examined accurately before they leave through Harasta highway to Idleb.
Alwaght– New batches of civilians held by terrorist groups in Douma area continue to evacuate the Eastern Ghouta through al-Wafedeen Camp corridor on the northern outskirts of al-Ghouta which was opened by the Syrian Army on February 27th.
SANA delegate to al-Wafedeen Camp said that hundreds of civilians, the majority of whom are women and children, left the area through the safe corridor assigned for this purpose, where the army, in cooperation with the Syrian Arab Red Crescent and the Civil Defense teams, provided them with their needs before being transported to the temporary housing centers.
On Thursday, 1043 civilians exited from Douma area and have been transported to temporary housing centers in Damascus Countryside.
Earlier, a military source told SANA that till yesterday night more than 143,000 people evacuated the Eastern Ghouta through the safe corridors set up by the Syrian Arab Army for this purpose.
Alwaght– More than 128, 000 civilians who had been besieged by terrorist organizations in Eastern Ghouta have exited the area via the humanitarian corridors secured by units of the Syrian Arab Army.
A military source told SANA on Wednesday that so far, army units secured the exit of more than 128,000 civilians who had been besieged by the terrorist organizations in eastern Ghouta in Damascus countryside via the safe corridors, adding that the operation of securing the exit of the civilians continues.
Alwaght- The Syrian Arab Army units freed 28 abductees who were held by the armed groups in the central part of eastern Ghouta in Damascus countryside.
SANA reporter to Erbin corridor said that 28 of the abductees were liberated on Monday and then taken to one of the hospitals for a general health check-up.
A number of liberated detainees thanked the Syrian Arab Army, stressing that they were confident that army, despite the passage of years, will come and free them from the hands of these Takfiri organizations.
Alwaght- Scores of civilians, held as human shields by the terrorist organizations, exited from the Eastern Ghouta through the humanitarian corridor leading to al-Wafideen Camp which was opened by the Syrian Arab Army on February 27th.
SANA reporter at al-Wafideen Camp said that army units and the Syrian Arab Red Crescent (SARC) received a new batch of civilians who exited through the safe corridor fleeing from the Takfiri terrorist organizations in the Eastern Ghouta.
The reporter added that Damascus Countryside Governorate have provided the ambulances and buses for transporting the civilians who exited from Ghouta paving the way for transporting them to make-shift centers that are provided with all the basic services.
Alwaght- The Syrian Arab Army on Thursday managed to free 13 people were abducted and held captive by armed terrorist groups in Harasta area .
Alwaght- According to information, about 1,500 militants and 6,000 persons of their families will exit from Harasta in two batches, SANA reporter said Thursday.
The reporter added that a convoy of vehicles of the Syrian Arab Red Crescent and buses entered to the secondary school roundabout in Harasta in preparation to transport the militants and their families from the city.
Alwaght- The Syrian Arab Army has retaken70% of the areas controlled by terrorist groups in Eastern Ghouta in Damascus Countryside, the General Command of the Army and Armed Forces said.
In a statement on Friday, the General Command added that army units, in cooperation with supporting and allied forces, regained control over 70% of the areas controlled by the terrorist groups in Eastern Ghouta after carrying out swift and highly coordinated military operations.
According to the General Command, the army units are securing the exit of thousands of civilians from Eastern Ghouta who were taken by the terrorist organizations as human shields to carry out their criminal acts against them and the safe citizens in the neighborhoods of Damascus.
The Command called on civilians in Eastern Ghouta to get out of the yoke of terrorist organizations through the safe corridors.
It also affirmed that the Army will continue to perform its national and constitutional duty to defend the homeland until security and stability are restored to all the Syrian Arab Republic’s territory.
Alwaght- The Turkish regime and its mercenaries have escalated their aggression on Afrin area through shelling residential buildings, facilities and agricultural farms with different types of weapons in a new violation of the UN Security Council’s resolution no. 2401.
Civil sources told SANA that forces of the Turkish regime and its mercenaries of the terrorist groups shelled a number of civilian cars on the road of Ba’adina village at Ma’abtli township as 9 civilians were martyred at least and others were injured, in addition to burning a number of cars.
Alwaght- A number of militants exited Eastern Ghouta on Friday night through al-Wafedeen Camp safe corridor in Damascus Countryside.
SANA’s reporter said that a number of militants arrived at the last point of al-Wafedeen Camp corridor at the outskirts of Ghouta, where a bus was waiting to transport them outside the area.
However, the terrorist groups are still trying to prevent civilians from leaving Ghouta,with the terrorists targeting the safe corridors in al-Wafedeen and Jisreen with shells and explosive bullets.
Alwaght- Locals of several towns of Eastern Ghouta staged a solidarity stand in al-Ghizlaniyah town in Damascus Countryside to show support for the Syrian Arab Army in restoring safety to their towns and to back the families’ protests against the presence of terrorist organizations in the rest of Ghouta towns.
The participants raised banners demanding the freeing of civilians and abductees from the terrorist organizations-held Eastern Ghouta and calling the Syrian Army to liberate their towns.
Alwaght- The inhabitants of Afrin area urged the United Nations and all countries in the world to take action and put an end to the Turkish regime’s assault and massacres against civilians that would not continue without the support of Washington and its allies which gave green light to terrorist groups to continue their criminal acts despite the UNSC Resolution No.2401 demanding 30-day cessation of combat activities.
Up to 900 civilians were martyred or injured as the Turkish assault on Afrin area has entered its 47th day causing devastating destruction in the main infrastructure including schools, water and power plants, communications towers, telephone networks and health centers.
Haidar Mohammed, a civilian from Afrin city, told SANA reporter about the inhabitants’ unbearable suffering under harsh living conditions amid deafening silence of the international community over the crimes perpetrated by the Turkish regime.
Alwaght- The heavy bombardment by Turkish forces on the residential neighborhoods of Afrin area caused more civilian casualties.
SANA’s reporter said that the Turkish regime and its mercenaries escalated their aggression on the villages of Maabatli area, claiming the lives of two civilians, one of them is 75-year-old, injuring another elderly and causing massive destruction to the houses.
Turkish forces also targeted the medical center at Janderis area, killing one of the center’s members and causing large material damage to it.
Earlier, the reporter said that the Turkish artillery targeted the residential neighborhoods of Afrin city, injuring two girls.
The continuous and heavy shelling carried out by the Turkish forces on the Janderis area in Afrin has caused massive destruction to houses, private properties, and infrastructure and public facilities.
Alwaght- Army units achieved a new advancement in their operations against Jabhat al-Nusra and the groups affiliated to it in Damascus countryside.
SANA delegate to Ghouta said that army units regained full control over al-Muhamadyia town after inflicting heavy losses upon the terrorist organizations in the equipment and personnel.
The delegate added that army units are now combing the area and they dismantle the explosive devices and the mines planted by terrorists in the town.
The delegate indicated that army units are hunting down the remnants of the terrorists who fled away to the nearby farms.
Later in the day, the Syrian Arab Army regained control over al-Ashari farms after killing scores of al-Nusra terrorists.
Army units also advanced in al-Rihan farms amid mass fleeing of terrorists after the collapse of their main defenses at the outskirts of the town of al-Rihan.
Establishing control over al-Muhamadyia town contributed to cutting more supply routes between the terrorist groups who are living in a state of panic and collapse thanks to the significant advancement achieved by army units and the heavy losses inflicted upon the terrorist organizations in the personnel and equipment.
In parallel with the military operations, Syrian Arab Army continues to ensure the safety of the corridor assigned for the exit of the besieged civilians from Ghouta towards al-Wafideen camp to transport them to the temporary housing shelter in al-Dwair.
Alwaght– A humanitarian aid convoy has entered to the civilians besieged by Jabhat al-Nusra terrorists and other armed groups in the Eastern Ghouta area in Damascus Countryside under the supervision of the Syrian Arab Red Crescent (SARC).
A source at SARC organization said that the convoy offered by the United Nations, the SARC and the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) included 46 trucks loaded with food materials and relief aid enough for 27,500 people, in addition to medical supplies for up to 70,000 people.
The convoy is delivered under the monthly plan agreed upon with the Higher Committee for Relief in Syria, the source added.
On February 14th, 2018, a similar aid convoy was delivered to people in al-Nashabiyeh area in the Eastern Ghouta within the framework of the Syrian government unremitting efforts to deliver humanitarian assistance to those who are affected by the criminal acts of terrorist groups.
Alwaght– Syrian Arab Army units on Monday continued military operations against Jabhat al-Nusra and other terrorist groups affiliated to it in Eastern Ghouta in Damascus Countryside, in parallel with continuing to secure the safe corridor for the evacuation of civilians from Ghouta.
SANA’s reporter to Ghouta said that after regaining control over al-Nashabiye town and a number of villages and farms, army units started new operations against the positions of Jabhat al-Nusra and affiliated terrorist groups, as the army achieved significant advances in eradicating terrorists in the area.
The reporter added that terrorist organizations are in a state of disarray and collapse due to the huge advances of the army and the huge losses in personnel and equipment they suffered.
The reporter indicated that army units operating at the northern front of the Ghouta have tightened the noose on Jabhat al-Nusra terrorists who are positioned in some parts of Harasta city, inflicting heavy losses upon them in the arms and personnel.
Meanwhile, the terrorist groups positioned in Eastern Ghouta are still preventing the civilians to exit through the safe corridor to al-Wafideen Camp. The army and the authorities have made all logistic preparations to receive the civilians who want to exit Ghouta to transport them to a temporary housing center in al-Dwair.
Alwaght- A Syrian Arab Army unit, in cooperation with authorities, discovered Sunday a mass grave in Raqqa western countryside which includes the bodies of eight of military and civilian martyrs who were executed by Daesh (ISIS) terrorists when they were seizing the area.
Upon information provided by a number of families who returned to their villages in Raqqa countryside about a mass grave near Ramthan town in western countryside of the city, authorities headed to the site and after initial investigation, the evidence that indicate the existence of the bodies were found, SANA reporter said.
The reporter added that the civil defense teams then started to pull out the bodies.
A civil defense official said that the bodies of eight martyrs have been pulled out of the mass grave and transported to the Military Hospital in Aleppo for identification and other legal procedures.
